These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between Hannah Carter Floral Designs (“we”, “us”) and our clients (“you”) regarding the provision of floral and styling services. By paying a deposit, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Deposits

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received.

Deposits are non-refundable but are credited toward your total invoice.
2. Payments

Final payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your bespoke proposal.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellations & Changes

If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to your wedding date or services may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please notify us as soon as possible if any changes are required.
4. Our Services

We provide floral and styling services as agreed in your bespoke proposal.

We will use our expertise to deliver your vision, but some flowers and materials are subject to seasonal availability.

Additional requests or upgrades may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information regarding guest numbers, venue access, and any special requirements.

You are responsible for informing us of any venue restrictions or rules.
6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and creative content remain the property of Hannah Carter Floral Designs unless otherwise agreed.

You may not share or reproduce our proposals, images, or materials without prior permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

We take care to provide a high-quality service, but we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or supplier issues.
